Registration Requirements
- VAT Number registered with ZATCA
- Nafath account for the legal representative
- Business data: trade name, address, activity type
- A ZATCA Phase 2 compatible invoicing system (e.g. POS SAAS)
Registration Steps on Fatoora Portal

Access Fatoora Portal
Go to fatoora.zatca.gov.sa and log in with your Nafath account.

Link Technical Solution
Add your invoicing solution and enter business and solution data.

Generate CSR & Request Certificate
Generate a CSR from your system and submit it to ZATCA to receive your CSID.

Test in Sandbox
Send 10 test invoices to verify XML validity and signature before production.

Go Live
After successful testing, start sending real invoices via the production environment.
